(The following pertains only to @Home and Wilmington Academy students)



Dear Parents/Guardians,

Greyhound Learning “At Home” and Wilmington Academy student drop off of school materials has been scheduled.  WAMS and WAHS “At Home” students may drop off materials on Tuesday, June 1 at the High School Gym doors entrance anytime between 8-10am, 12pm-2pm or 4-5:30pm.  

WAES “At Home” and Wilmington Academy students will drop off school materials on June 4th at the elementary school anytime between 1:30pm-3:30pm.  We will be collecting any textbooks, library books or other school owned materials. We will also be collecting Chromebooks and iPads from students in grades K, 1, and 3 only. Please bring your chromebook or iPad with the charger!  Students in all other grades are to keep their devices at home during summer break. 

The following instructions should be followed to ensure a safe and smooth process: 

WAMS and WAHS

  • Pull in the Wood Street driveway along the high school gymnasium and park along the sidewalk
  • When an employee approaches, hand the school materials through the window for collection.
  • PLEASE ADHERE TO THE FOLLOWING ITEMS: Label each textbook or book with your child’s name AND the teacher’s name to ensure proper return procedure and inventory.  You can place a sticky note on the outside of each textbook/book OR use scratch paper and place it inside the front cover of the textbook/book. 
  • This is a curbside drop off; simply roll down the window to submit materials.           


WAES

  • Pull in via Wood Street or Cowden Road and park along the school’s sidewalk
  • Call (724) 656-8866 ext 3000 when you arrive
  • PLEASE ADHERE TO THE FOLLOWING ITEMS: Label each textbook or book with your child’s name AND the teacher’s name to ensure proper return procedure and inventory.  You can place a sticky note on the outside of each textbook/book OR use scratch paper and place it inside the front cover of the textbook/book. 
  • This is a curbside drop off; simply roll down the window to submit materials.
