On October 20, Wilmington Area invited a budding disabilities awareness advocate to speak to our staff. Ms. Emily Gallatly, accompanied by her service animal, Romily, spoke on her experiences to provide teachers insight and perspective into what it is like to be an individual with a handicapping condition. Ms. Gallatly also spoke on legal and ethical obligations of public institutions that allow all individuals equity in access. Ms. Gallatly is a First Year student at Westminster College, majoring in Neuroscience with aspirations to attend law school and become a disabilities rights/awareness lawyer.




Congratulations to Grace Mason for finishing 3rd at Districts and qualifiying for the State race in Hershey.
